FIve Crazy Weeks
I haven't put anything on this blog in a very long time. Life has just been so crazy lately! Just take a look at our last 5 weeks... Week One -Sunday: We speak at Services in Poplar Bluff and Puxico, MO. After church we receive a phone call informing us that Chris'...
Our Road Trip Has Finally Ended.
Our road trip has finally ended. But before it did, we enjoyed a couple more camp outs followed by a couple of weeks in Springfield, Missouri. In Springfield we attended, a re-entry seminar and missionary renewal. We got to visit with old friends and make new ones....
Our Last Day in New Mexico
Yesterday we enjoyed a visit with Uncle Kevin and Aunt Judith. Uncle Kevin is Chris Dad’s twin brother. They look very much alike and the kids at first were a little bit confused. LOL! Uncle Kevin and Aunt Judith have a ranch complete with 400 cattle, a movie star...
New Mexico Visit Pictures
I thought I'd add a few of our photos from our 2 1/2 weeks in New Mexico. The kids enjoyed the fishing pond at Beulah... The boys each caught their first fish! We also had a nice dip in Cousin Mike's pool. Chris poolside with Cousin Mike and Great Aunt France Adelaide...
Beulah
We’ve spent the last two weeks at Beulah, a privately owned guest house for people in full time ministry. We’ve also spent the last two weeks un-plugged. I must confess that I have missed having internet access, but without it I have managed to read 8 books! Besides...
Colorado
I’m very sleepy as it is late and I didn’t sleep much last night (even though I am feeling better). However, I think we may be without internet for some time. Therefore, I’ll attempt to give an update. After spending a couple of days in Vernal, Utah, we enjoyed...
Our Day in Vernal
Today we decided to take a look around Vernal, Utah. After a breakfast of instant oatmeal and showers, we left the campground for the local natural history museum. Vernal, Utah is known for its dinosaur bone discoveries. The museum showed a lot of them. It was a great...
Hello Utah!
We’ve made it to Utah. Last night we spoke at a church in Payson. While visiting with the pastor, Chris was informed that the town was only about one percent Christian. It was a Mormon town. My heart just breaks for the Mormons. They try so hard and are still so lost....
California Girl
I grew up in Southern California, so it has been especially nice to return to the area. We got the chance to introduce Hudson to my Aunt, Uncle and cousins and the opportunity to visit some old friends. On Sunday, I was delighted to speak at the church that I grew up...
The Not So Short Cut
We’ve had a lot of long halls in the car and are all feeling a bit road weary. Today on our way to see Chris’ old college roommate, Eddie, in Incline Village, NV, we decided to bypass the main interstate and take a short cut on an alternate high way. We were...
Reaching the Never Reached of Japan
We also have a passion to reach kids and their families. Every month TICA does a special family service that has interactive experiments and activities geared toward kids and those hearing the gospel for the first time. We also have a weekly play group for moms and their preschoolers, and we hold regular community and family outreach events that feature our BGMC flying saucer! Learn more here.
Reaching the Never Reached of Japan
THE NEED
Over 99% of the people of Japan DO NOT KNOW JESUS. They are part of the Never Reached.
HOW TO HELP
PRAY CONTINUALLY
The only way to truly reach the people of Japan for Jesus is by preaching the Word of God by the power of the Holy Spirit and by prayer and fasting. As a result, we need prayer partners. Will you partner with us by committing to pray for Japan, for workers in Japan, and for us?
GIVE MONTHLY
Your faithful support ensures that we can continue to pursue the ministry God has given us.
- Work & Ministry Expenses
- Housing and insurance
- Food and clothing
JOIN US IN JAPAN
We are looking for people to come and be a part of our team! We are serving in a country that is less than 1% Christian, yet has very few missionaries. There are so many opportunities that we need all the help we can get! Please prayerfully consider coming for a short term or long term missions trip to Tsukuba, Japan.
